Situated amidst a natural enclave of mature greenery, yet within touching distance of the dynamics of the business and cultural districts of Kuching, Pascali Residences is the perfect definition of an urban sanctuary- a place to rejuvenate while maintaining close connections to the heart of the city and its conveniences.
The architectural design harmonises with the natural surrounding landscape both in terms of scale and the ability to bring the feel of the outdoors into the apartment spaces.
The tall double volume living & dining spaces, and the use of large double storey height glass walls, bring in a generous level of natural lighting and ventilation. Coupled with the provisions of wide outdoor terraces, Pascali Residences epitomises the ideal balance of the excitement of outdoor living with the comforts of indoor luxury.
About the Architects
The team behind Pascali Residences set out with the aim of bringing a new, prestige standard of residential living to Kuching.
Award-winning architecture practise studiogoto from Singapore and U t MOH ARCHITECT from Kuching were comissioned to helm the design process.
studiogoto's main objective is to create a design environment that instils an inventive, inquisitive and most of all, passionate attitude towards every single project, where attention to detail balances with the ability to contemplate design within a larger perspective.
U t MOH ARCHITECT adopts a collaborative structure that enables the best design concept, latest technological innovation and contextual construction techniques to be incorporated in the design.
